Mobile Science Exhibition (MSE) completed 25 years of its service. First MSE was introduced by BITM, Kolkata in the year 1965.

NCSM sent an Exhibition India: A Glimpse of Science in France which received wide acclaim.

Calcutta completed 300 years of existence in 1990. To commemorate this, BITM, Kolkata organised an exhibition ‘Calcutta-300 Years of Science & Technology’ which documented growth of science and technology in Calcutta.
