Regional Science Centre & Planetarium Calicut in association with Scientists Association of Malabar observed World Environment Day on 5^th June2014 with various programmes. Sapling planting was held at 10.30 AM. Students planted saplings in the Science Park. 1000 Nos saplings were distributed to the students & visitors as part of the celebration. Dr. P. K. Pradeep Kumar, Scientist CWRDM delivered a lecture on ‘Climate Changes & Environment’ at RSC Auditorium. Total 120 students participated in the program.
