Sealed Tenders are invited directly from the manufacturers or their authorized Registered Indian Agents for supply, installation and commissioning of Digital 3D Theatre system as per Council’s specification at Kurukshetra (Haryana) & Goa. The Digital 3D Theatre should be fully integrated and complete system that features Stereoscopic Visualization technology to show educational, scientific, informative and entertaining content generated by graphic Image Generator, using dual projection of stereoscopic views through circularly polarizing filters on non-depolarizing display screen, dedicated mechanics and 5.1 Dolby sound system. The unit must be a single window solution i.e. a complete and integrated functional system wherein no extra and/or plug-in equipment/software/component have to be obtained or fitted from any third party to run the system with full potential as is expected in the detailed technical specifications of the Council. Reputed manufacturers or their authorized Registered Indian Agents who can offer single window solution for a complete and integrated functional digital 3D Theatre System and have proven experience and capability to render After Sales-service in India, may obtain Tender Documents from this office on any working day or download the same directly from Council’s website www.ncsm.org.in. Tender should be submitted in two parts i.e. ‘Part-I’ & ‘Part-II’ which will be received at this office up to June 02, 2008. Late tenders shall not be acceptable. Sealed covers containing ‘Part-I’ shall be opened at the first instance at 4 pm on June 03, 2008 for evaluation  & selection and at the second stage, the sealed covers containing ‘Part-II’ of only the techno-commercially acceptable offers shall be opened at 4 pm on June 05, 2008. Decision of the Council, regarding selections of the eligible firms for opening of Financial Bid (Part-II), shall be final and binding on the Tenderers.

It is intended to purchase the tendered equipment directly from the manufacturers without involving any agent and/or payment of any  agency commission. Authorized Registered Indian Agents of foreign manufacturers, who are capable to render after sales-service in Kurukshetra (Haryana) & Goa ( in case the foreign manufacturers do not quote any rate to the actual users), shall submit Notary certified copy of Agency Agreement with foreign manufacturers along with the tender and in such cases no agency commission shall be paid by the Council in foreign currency.

Proposals are invited from reputed Contractors for ‘Pre-qualification of Contractors’for the Work of Construction of proposed Regional Science Centre Building and Allied Work at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu at an estimated cost of Rs.325.00 lacs.  Contractors having proven experience and capability may obtain the prescribed format for Pre-qualification of Contractors from the above address.  The Pre-qualification Form can also be downloaded from our website: www.ncsm.org.in and www.ncsm.gov.in. Tender papers shall be distributed only to such contractors who are considered competent to handle big institutional projects.  Decision of the Council in this regard shall be final and binding.  Duly filled-up Pre-qualification Form may be sent to the above address so as to reach latest by 30.6.2008.

Mobile Science Exhibition Bus on TATA LP-1109 BS - II Chassis strictly as per Council’s drawing and specification. Reputed and technically competent firms having proven experience with strong financial background and having own Garage / Workshop may obtain   prescribed Tender Documents for the above job from this office on any working day or download the same from Council’s website www.ncsm.org.in . Sealed tender accompanied by the Earnest Money of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand Only) will be received at this office up to 16.7.2008 which shall be opened at 4.00 p.m. on 17.7.2008.
